For those who don’t know my resident cats, I thought you might like a look; for those who do, I thought you might like new pics of them.

We’re bringing Tiggs into the living room in the evening, to relax on the couch between us for two or three hours. She’s putting up with having a harness and leash on, just-in-case, and hardly seems to notice it. She’s getting more tolerant of the boys, but seems to have an issue with Angel — female territoriality, I suspect, which I hope will fade once she’s spayed. She seems to very much enjoy being curled up in a fuzzy-blanket-nest with the two of us intermittently petting her. Angel sleeps in a chair in easy sight about four feet away, but as long as they don’t move, they ignore each other.

Well, I do have a short video of Tiggs showing off her flexibility — she loves to stretch, and a few times I’ve seen some downright amazing stretches!
Also, she’s been here for a week tomorrow evening, and in that time, she’s grown much more tolerant during her meetings with our two neutered males. The pictures show her and Trick this afternoon; also, this afternoon, she allowed Cory to sniff her and walk by very close to her with only a token hiss at his tail as he passed.
Last night we brought her into the living room and she spent over an hour on the couch snuggled between us, or more accurately, snuggled against Sean’s side with her head and one paw over his arm, her chin resting on the pulse-point in the crook of his elbow. She ignored the other cats, they ignored her. I’m hopeful that she’ll learn to tolerate other cats, if not make friends with them, but she’s definitely going to want a human who can spend lots of quality time with her — no going to work for 12-hour days and coming home and falling asleep for her, she’d be miserable.
Tiggs has definitely claimed her room as her own domain!
She’s eating plenty, after a day or so of only nibbling, and loves her cozy nest.
She’s getting better about tolerating Cory in her room while I’m there, maybe because he’s completely non-threatening and, while twice her size, not much older. She warns him, he looks at her in confusion, and flops where he is. I’m hoping that in time she’ll learn that other cats are not necessarily a threat to her. She’s not “aggressive” in a common sense, she can be easily distracted from a warning by dragging a shoelace in front of her or making her mouse toy squeak; I think it’s more fear, she’s a little girl who believes she has to look tough all the time to keep herself safe. We’ll see what happens.

Last night, we set up a radio, with the volume on low, in Tiggs’ room. I made her a sleepy-spot on the bed underneath a reading lamp with a 60-watt bulb in it, something one of my cats with similar short fine fur (now across the Rainbow Bridge) used to love, and she took to her artificial sunbeam immediately! I found her snuggled into it this morning. She gets up to eat, play, soak up sun on the windowsill, but goes right back to that nest, even when I turned the lamp off through the day when the sun was falling on that spot. 
She’s not so sure about other cats, but I let my youngest, Cory (see earlier in this blog!) sneak in to say hi a couple of times. The first time he was in a carrier so there were bars between them; twice after he was loose. That was a judgement call, since all she seems to do with intruders is hiss, and Cory doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his furry little black body, he wants to be friends and won’t react aggressively no matter what she does. She loves being petted, stroked, rubbed, generally loved, so much that it over-rides anything else, including Cory being only about two feet from her on the bed examining her toy mouse!
She’s a very loving little girl, and once she has her own forever-human(s), I think she’s going to give them so much love….
