I love to read fantasy/science fiction (all-time favourite author is Tanya Huff, with Emma Bull, Terry Pratchett, and Mercedes Lackey hovering in second). I also love to read non-fiction, especially about history, anthropology, archaeology, paleontology, animal behaviour, comparative religions, but I might be found reading about just about anything if I might need it for something I’m writing.
I love music, which tends to be somewhere in the range of 80s classic rock (Def Leppard, Depeche Mode, Glass Tiger, old Bon Jovi, Cyndi Lauper) to some of the modern stuff (Nickleback, Shakira, Matchbox 20/Rob Thomas, Garbage, Evanescence, Live) but some odd things turn up in my playlists sometimes that just happened to catch my attention.
I don’t really watch TV a lot, I find it takes up immense amounts of time and energy that I could better use for something more useful. There are exceptions: Supernatural, Mythbusters, Dr. Who and Torchwood, Destination Truth, Ghost Adventures, and anything non-fiction and reasonably intelligent.
